This year’s Pay Your Pension Some Attention campaign is all about getting financially fit – with EastEnders heavyweight Ross Kemp taking you through your (pension) paces. Watch his financial fitness workout on YouTube, as he’s accompanied by financial coach and pension trainer, Bola Sol.

- Stretch your mind back to find any lost pension savings.
Look back at old jobs, letters and emails, to check if you know where all your pension savings are and that your contact details are up to date. The government has a free pension tracing service that can help: www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details - Check your form by logging into your pension accounts to see how much you’ve got.
Log in to your pension account with Legal & General to find out. They have a new app out now, that makes it even easier for you to manage your pension whenever and wherever you need to. Find out more on Legal & General’s website. You can also make sure your contact and beneficiary details are up to date, which can give you peace of mind. Head over to Manage Your Account to check in on your pension savings. - Work out how much you might need for your future.

This year’s campaign links in with Pension Awareness 2025 (15-19 September) and Talk Money Week (3-7 November) – so there’s lots of online information about pensions at the moment.
